Position Summary :
We are seeking a Workday Systems Administrator / HRIS Analyst to manage and optimize HR systems in support of global HR processes. This role will ensure data integrity, maintain integrations, and provide key reporting and analytics to drive decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday and act as a strategic partner to HR and cross-functional teams.
Core Responsibilities :
- Administer Workday systems to support and enhance HR business processes
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across global HR systems
- Provide training and consultation to employees on system usage and standard procedures
- Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between Workday and other enterprise platforms
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business insights and strategic decisions
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Internal Audit, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation & Benefits to align system capabilities with business needs
- Act as a business consultant to define project concepts, business cases, feasibility, and resourcing
- Lead project execution, including defining scope, managing deliverables, creating timelines, risk management, and communication plans
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, sponsors, and steering committees
- Proactively escalate issues, risks, or delays to project sponsors and HRIS leadership
