Key Responsibilities :
Workday Configuration & Administration
- Configure and maintain all core Workday modules, including Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Performance, Time & Absence, and Reporting.
Advanced Expertise Areas
Bring deep hands-on expertise in Advanced Compensation, Workday Reporting (including calculated fields & dashboards), and Talent Management to drive enhanced functionality and strategic insights.Agile Execution & System Enhancements
Manage enhancements, releases, and new feature rollouts using Agile methodology. Track work through JIRA, ensuring sprint goals and timelines are met.Reporting & Data Integrity
Build advanced custom reports and dashboards for HR and leadership. Conduct regular audits to maintain system accuracy and data integrity.Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors to gather requirements and implement scalable, efficient Workday solutions.Continuous Improvement
Stay current on Workday releases and trends. Identify opportunities for automation and improved system usability.Qualifications :
7+ years of hands-on Workday experience across all major modules (HCM, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Reporting).Demonstrated expertise in Advanced Compensation, Reporting, and Talent Management.Strong understanding of Workday security, business processes, condition rules, and integrations.Experience in Agile environments with proficiency in using JIRA for project and task management.Proven ability to collaborate across teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.Analytical and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.Bachelors degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.(ref : hirist.tech)
