Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, configure, and enhance business applications, ensuring solutions meet user requirements and industry standards.
- Engage proactively with business users to understand needs and translate them into functional specifications.
- Apply critical thinking to identify the best technical solutions, considering impacts, risks, and dependencies.
- Configure standard applications during design, build, and test phases to deliver quality solutions with minimal rework.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specific developments and integrations.
- Collaborate effectively within the IT team and across business functions while being capable of working independently.
- Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and best practices to improve application performance and user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.4–7 years of experience in IT projects, developing / enhancing business applications and integrations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an inquisitive mindset.Interest in understanding business processes and translating them into software applications.Ability to create functional specifications from business requirements.Experience configuring standard applications and participating in design, build, and test phases.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently.Desirable Skills :
Knowledge of configuring ProductVision software or other PLM applications.Familiarity with formulation development and / or regulatory processes in manufacturing.Experience with both waterfall and agile development methodologies.Key Competencies :
