Job Description :

MES Opcenter Service Engineer is responsible to support all service and support activities related to the client OP Center platforms under service of IT.

This includes the appropriate technical handling of incident and task tickets raised via SNOW, the technically proficient handling and resolution of issues, patches, technical inquiries, monitoring tasks, account requests and other service related activites.

Appropriate and service-oriented end user interaction as well as the cooperation within the client IT teams and business stakeholders. Execution of evolutionary maintenance activities and change requests for the implementation of system :

• Bachelors degree Science or Engineering related to IT\Computer Science\ Electronics\Instrumentation\ Pharmacy.
• 5+ years of experience in handling IT applications or infrastructure with a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with MES Opcenter Ex MDD module.
• OpCenter MES Application Expertise and Know-how : Configuration, Integration, analytics, scheduling, and reporting. Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality management, and regulatory compliance.
• Customize workflows, user interfaces, reports, and data models to enhance system functionality and user experience.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Opcenter MES solutions to meet requirements.
• Create, review, and approve technical project deliverables (such as design documentation, unit testing, implementation plan etc.).
• Ideally Tool Knowledge : XML script, HTML, JavaScript. Knowledge of relational databases (Microsoft SQL server, Oracle, or others), and SQL.
