Roles and Responsibilities :
- Understand real estate and construction procurement / services requirements, support in evaluation options and assist in implementing procurement solutions in coordination with the project implementation and monitoring office team
- Raising of purchase order post evaluating vendor s / service providers
- Renewal of all annual contracts for various projects as per timelines
- Raise and get the approval for Purchase Request / Purchase Orders as per process
- Monitor procurement and ensure timely delivery of material and services. Liaise with Accounts for timely closure of all commercial agreements, settlement invoice
- Knowledge of complete Procure to Pay Cycle, Vendor Management, Basic knowledge of Stores, Conversant with GST
- Regular updates on all pending procurement requests with stakeholders
- Keep accurate records of purchases made
- Maintaining proper inventory records and keep updating the same
