Head of School      Permanent – Full time

Mumbulla School for Rudolf Steiner Education, located in the beautiful Bega Valley on the Far South Coast of NSW, is seeking a visionary and dedicated Head of School to lead our vibrant, independent Steiner primary school into its next chapter. This full-time leadership role reflects our commitment to a holistic, child-centred approach to education grounded in Steiner philosophy.

As Head of School, you will be responsible for the strategic, educational, and operational leadership of the school, working collaboratively with the Board, College of Teachers, management and administration team and the broader school community. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality education, uphold compliance with regulatory standards, and foster a culture of professional growth, wellbeing, and innovation.

We are looking for a leader who :

• Has a deep understanding of educational leadership, governance, and compliance.

Commencing date – Term 1 2026 (negotiable)
