Development Management and Business Planning :
Manage development and capital projects at LŌ-GOI India, including oversight of staff activities and resource allocation for projects, selection and management of outside consultants as necessary and creation and management of appropriate controls and reporting systems for projects.
Oversee various aspects of the development process
Master planning
Cost estimation for infrastructure and construction
Feasibility review and recommendation
Planning approvals and rezoning
Project & Construction management
Project cost reporting and budget control
Identify customer needs and work with relevant stakeholders in the development of leasing solutions.
Transactions Support and guide the acquisition of sites for development cost budgets.
Be responsible for Technical DD during acquisition phase.
Budgeting and Reporting :
Reporting – Develop and Prepare monthly reports as and required by the stakeholder.
Project Team and Resource Management
Stakeholder Management :
Build and maintain effective relationships with government, industry bodies, internal and external stakeholders to help maintain LŌ-GOI presence within the industry
Establish and maintain strong relationship with tenants.
Compliance, Risk Management and Sustainability :
Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders in ensuring all systems, processes and procedures in Development team are in place and adhered to LŌ-GOI compliance and risk practices.
Provide strategic direction across risk management, safety, security, emergency and crisis management.
Prepare project risk assessments and corresponding risk mitigation strategies for all projects across India
