Field Sales Engineer

Role : Field Sales Engineer

Function / Department : Sales & Marketing

Location of Posting : Mumbai

Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or Business Administration, MBA

Experience Preferred : 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in steel products, construction materials, or PEB industry

Salary Range : 4 to 5 lpa

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and generate leads in targeted regions.
• Promote and sell galvanized C & Z purlins, girts, and steel framing systems.
• Understand client requirements, provide technical solutions, and coordinate with the design team.
• Conduct product presentations and participate in industry exhibitions or trade shows.
• Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and after-sales service.
• Desirable Profile :

1. Should have at least 4 to 5 years of experience in the field of Roofing or Infrastructure Products.

2. Should have excellent communication skills.

3. Self-driven, self-motivated, confident.

4. Good personality.

5. Should be aware of the local market and customer environment.

6. Ready to travel. Long distance short distance
