Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Care Manager. The Care Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating care plans, overseeing and training staff, and ensuring quality service delivery for elderly individuals. Day-to-day tasks include case management, monitoring and documenting client progress, and collaborating with healthcare providers to meet the diverse needs of clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Case Management and Social Services
• Experience in Elder Care and related services
• Knowledge of Medicine and medical requirements for elderly care
• Ability to train and oversee staff effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Relevant certifications in healthcare or social services are a plus
