Key Responsibilities

 Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell insurance

products.

 Understand client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

 Lead and motivate a telesales team (for Manager roles) to achieve daily and monthly

targets.

 Ensure adherence to compliance, call quality, and process guidelines.

 Maintain accurate lead and call records in CRM systems.

 Achieve conversion and revenue goals consistently.

 Handle objections and escalations effectively to close sales.

 Provide training and mentoring to junior telesales agents (for Manager role).

Pay : ₹9, ₹27,833.99 per month
