Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to understand their needs and build client relationships
• Clearly articulate our service offerings, value proposition, and address client queries effectively
• Evaluate client requirements and propose suitable service solutions, customizing offerings as needed
• Negotiate terms and close sales contracts in alignment with company goals
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales using CRM tools
