About the Role
HT Digital Streams is looking for a Branded Content Lead – South , a senior individual contributor (IC) role responsible for driving branded content revenues across corporate clients in Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad. This is a pure content sales role requiring strong client relationships, creative thinking, and a high-growth mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver content revenue targets for the South region.
- Acquire and grow corporate clients across key categories (IT / ITES, BFSI, Auto, Real Estate, Education, etc.).
- Pitch and sell editorial content, branded films, native content, thought-leadership programs, and integrated content packages.
- Manage the full sales cycle independently — prospecting, pitching, negotiation, deal closure.
- Leverage strong relationships with brand teams, CMOs, digital leads, and agencies in the South.
- Collaborate with HT Digital’s internal Content Solutions Team to build winning content ideas, proposals, and pricing.
- Work closely with the OneHT Sales Team for cross-selling opportunities and unified client engagement.
- Convert client briefs into high-quality creative + commercial proposals.
- Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities to scale content monetization.
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution and delivery of all content programs.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in branded content sales, digital media sales, or content-led solution selling.Strong corporate client and agency network in the South market.Proven track record of closing mid-to-large content deals independently.Strong creative thinking combined with sharp commercial acumen.Excellent storytelling, pitching, communication, and negotiation skills.Deep understanding of digital content, brand communication, and marketing trends.What We Offer
