Must Have

1)Retail / core Banking domain expertise

2) Worked on LOS, LMS, Retail banking ops, Corporate / Wholesale banking

3)Worked on Agile and strong on Automation testing using automation tools.

4)PMP certification or any other technical certifications preferred

5) Must have handled team size of 40+ members.

6) Overall Exp 10+yrs

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :

• 15+ years of experience in the IT Industry, preferably worked in service-based IT industry.
• 10 years of proven capabilities in strategic project management and leading mid to large service oriented large teams driving the profitability, customer success and people success agenda.
• Proven experience in leading Agile, DevOps, technology and digitization automation driven projects.
• Possesses strong BFSI domain knowledge (Preferred Indian clients)
• Strong delivery and technology excellence.
• Strong understanding on business value to be delivered to client with appropriate cost / quality
• Should have worked closely with Pre-sales for new logos and new solutions and ensuring financing, efficiency etc
• Accountable for Revenue targets and maintaining good Gross Margin.
• Delivering ROI & BVR on Automation for the client.
• Should possess and have good understanding of Test automation solution and implementation
