Job description

Job Descriptions :

  • Manage the full order-to-delivery cycle for key accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery.
  • Handle customer communication, delivery issues, and performance reporting.
  • Support continuous improvement in delivery operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Be responsible for end-to-end delivery management and client interface across North America, Europe, and India.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree or above; preferred majors : Supply Chain, Communications, Electronics.
  • Fluent in English with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
  • 5+ years in electronics supply chain; 3+ years in key account delivery preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Eletronic data processing tool and MS. Office experience preferred.
