Job Description :
Achieve targets as planned
Work closely with CSO to consistently perform and achieve target every quarter
Execute different proactive strategies for lead qualification and nurturing via calls / field visits /
meetings / emails / LinkedIn / quality / negotiate & close
Responsible to give demos and presentations when needed
Get prospects closer to negotiation to close the deal
Prepare proposal documents / scope of work based on the client requirement
New sales strategy - Create and implement
Responsible for sales reviews weekly / monthly & quarterly via Zoho Sales CRM
Make sure payments are received from clients onboarded
Will need to attend exhibitions / summits to represent the company and generate quality leads for our solutions.
Use Zoho Sales CRM for updating daily activities as per company policies
Do Competitor analysis to make our solution pitch strong
Travelling & meeting prospects and leads regularly to move them close to closure
Team management for targets, payments, recruitment, incentives & mentor them
