Position : Assistant Vice President – ERP Sales (HORECA Sector)

Education : Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Engineering, or related fields (IIM / IIT preferred)

Working Days : 5.5 Days / Week

About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Vice President – ERP Sales (HORECA) to lead our enterprise sales efforts in the hotel and hospitality industry . The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in selling large-ticket ERP solutions (₹15L and above) to hospitality chains, hotel groups, and large restaurants.

This is a strategic leadership role focused on business growth, enterprise deal closures, and relationship management at CXO level .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead ERP sales in the HORECA industry, focusing on large enterprise clients (hotels, resorts, restaurant chains, etc.)
  • Build and execute a clear sales strategy to drive high-value ERP sales and revenue growth.
  • Engage with key decision-makers – CEOs, COOs, CIOs, CFOs, and GMs of hospitality companies.
  • Manage complex and long sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, product, and delivery) to design customized ERP solutions.
  • Establish strategic alliances and channel partnerships in the hospitality ecosystem.
  • Represent HostBooks at hospitality expos, industry forums, and networking events.
  • Build and mentor a high-performance enterprise sales team as needed.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • 15+ years in enterprise B2B ERP sales, with a minimum of 8–10 years in the hospitality or HORECA industry .
  • Proven success in closing large ERP deals with hotels, QSR chains, or hospitality groups.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality operations – reservations, POS, inventory, procurement, finance, HR, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at senior levels.
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and leadership qualities.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
