Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior System Administrator located in Padra. The Senior System Administrator will manage and oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, including setting up, maintaining, and securing systems and networks. Responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, providing technical support, ensuring optimal network operation, and implementing necessary enhancements to improve system performance. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to organizational IT policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in System Administration, including installing, configuring, and maintaining servers and systems
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and providing effective solutions for hardware and software issues
• Experience in Technical Support to assist internal teams and employees
• Knowledge of Network Administration, such as managing LAN / WAN, firewalls, and VPNs
• Expertise in Information Technology concepts, best practices, and security protocols
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications, are highly desirable
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors would be an added advantage
