Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara for a Senior Windows System Administrator. The Senior Windows System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining Windows server environments, ensuring system performance, and providing technical support. Daily tasks include monitoring system alerts, performing system backups, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and implementing security measures. The role requires collaboration with IT teams to optimize infrastructure, develop and implement system policies, and ensure compliance with industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Windows Server Management, Active Directory, and Group Policy
• Experience with Network Administration, including DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing
• Knowledge of Virtualization Technologies, such as Hyper-V and VMware
• Familiarity with Backup Solutions and Disaster Recovery Planning
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) are a plus
