Job descriptionManage and strengthen existing corporate partner relationships to ensure long-term engagement and mutual growth. Develop new partnership opportunities by identifying high-potential prospects and driving end-to-end negotiations. Work closely with sales, product, marketing, and development teams to build and execute scalable partnership strategies. Create a structured and repeatable model for onboarding and formalizing partnerships. Own partnership performance reporting and track KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals. Ensure all partnership deliverables are executed effectively, supporting customer satisfaction and revenue outcomes. Expand the partnership ecosystem through strategic outreach, commercial evaluations, and deal optimization.
Experience Required :
- Proven experience negotiating and closing partnership deals.
- Experience in building and managing partner programs.
- Exposure to software or SaaS environments; prior success in sales roles is a plus.
- Bonus : Experience with recruitment software, ATS platforms, or related industries.
