You’ll work hands-on across the DevOps stack to streamline delivery pipelines, improve developer velocity, and drive automation-first practices at scale.What You’ll Do : Design and maintain CI / CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, or equivalent toolsImplement quality gates, automated tests, and deployment strategies (e.g., blue / green, canary)Automate artifact management, test coverage tracking, and policy-driven deploymentsProvision infrastructure and manage configuration using Terraform, Ansible, HelmSupport containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes; manage Helm chartsIntegrate secrets management, DevSecOps tooling, and GitOps workflowsCollaborate with SRE and observability teams to embed monitoring and tracing in delivery workflowsBuild dashboards and metrics for pipeline health, performance, and tool uptimeTroubleshoot delivery issues, conduct root cause analysis, and improve release stabilityWork cross-functionally with application, SRE, cloud, and security teams to align DevOps solutionsShare best practices and mentor teams on automation and deployment strategiesWhat You’ll Bring : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field4-7 years of experience in DevOps, automation, or platform engineeringHands-on with GitLab CI / CD, Jenkins, or SpinnakerExperience with Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes, Docker, and scripting (Python, Bash, Go)Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS / GCP acceptable)Familiarity with HAProxy, RabbitMQ, artifact management tools (e.g., Nexus, Artifactory)Experience building resilient deployment pipelines for microservices in cloud-native environmentsKnowledge of rollback strategies, pipeline observability, and SLO-driven release qualityExposure to DevSecOps tooling : container scanning, static analysis, policy enforcementExperience working with multi-tenant platforms and global engineering teamsMust Have Skills : Application & Microservice : Java, Spring boot, API & Service DesignAny CI / CD Tools : Gitlab Pipeline / Test Automation / GitHub Actions / Jenkins / Circle CI / YAML / HelmApp Platform : Docker & Containers (Kubernetes)Any Databases : SQL & NOSQL (Cassandra / Oracle / Snowflake / MongoD)Any Messaging : Kafka, Rabbit MQAny Observability / Monitoring : Splunk / Grafana / Open Telemetry / ELK Stack / Datadog / New Relic / Prometheus)Data migrations in pipelines (SQL Server, MongoDB)Nice To Have : Automated rollback / roll-forward, release calendarsEphemeral environments (with seeded DBs)Multi-tenant GitOps, drift remediationPolicy-as-code in pipelines (OPA, Conftest)Standardized pipelines across Azure / AWS
