About the Role :
As an Engineer – DevOps, you will be a key member of the CFL Platform Engineering and Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting fast, scalable, and secure software delivery across cloud-native platforms. This hands-on role focuses on CI / CD pipeline development, infrastructure automation, and deployment support. You’ll work closely with DevOps, SRE, and cloud teams to build robust automation solutions and internal tools that help development teams deliver with confidence and speed.
The role offers deep exposure to Infrastructure-as-Code, Kubernetes, cloud services (Azure preferred), and DevSecOps practices.
What You’ll Do :
- Design, develop, and maintain CI / CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI / CD, Jenkins, or equivalent
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes to enable safe, reliable, and frequent releases
- Implement quality checks, security scans, and deployment validations within delivery workflows
- Use Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Helm, Ansible) to provision and manage cloud infrastructure
- Support Docker containerization and Kubernetes-based orchestration for application deployment
- Collaborate with observability teams to integrate monitoring, logging, and alerting into delivery processes
- Troubleshoot build, pipeline, and deployment failures across development, test, and production environments
- Write technical documentation, deployment runbooks, and team knowledge bases
- Participate in design sessions, agile ceremonies, and code reviews within cross-functional engineering teams
- Continuously learn and apply new DevOps tools, cloud automation practices, and delivery methodologies
What You’ll Bring :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field2-5 years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform automation rolesStrong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or GoProficiency in building and maintaining CI / CD pipelines using GitLab CI / CD, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.Hands-on experience with Terraform, Helm, or Ansible for infrastructure provisioningWorking knowledge of containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes orchestrationFamiliarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP also acceptable)Understanding of deployment strategies (blue / green, rolling, canary), GitOps, and artifact managementExperience with DevSecOps tools and practices such as code scanning, policy enforcement, or image validationEffective collaboration skills and the ability to support multiple engineering teamsA passion for automation, clean delivery pipelines, and developer productivityMust Have Skills :
