Sr. Manager- NPD

Tasks

• Lead the end-to-end development process from concept to production
• Identify and select appropriate materials to meet durability aesthetics and cost objectives.
• Develop prototypes and conduct product testing to ensure quality performance and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with the design team to create innovative and functional product designs.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to design and develop tooling required for production.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to ensure cost-efficiency and high-quality output.
• Troubleshoot production challenges and provide solutions to improve processes and product quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams including R&D procurement and sales to align product development with business objectives.
• Liaise with external suppliers and partners to source materials and components.
• Ensure smooth communication and alignment between stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
