Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager (Dentistry) to lead and expand our dental product sales across India. This full-time, on-site position (based in Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune, or Mumbai) is responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, leading a team, and driving growth within the dental sector.
Key responsibilities include :
- Developing and executing national sales strategies for the dental division
- Building strong client and distributor relationships
- Managing and mentoring a sales team
- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Achieving revenue targets and ensuring sustainable business growth
Key Responsibilities
A. Strategic Sales Leadership
Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy for the Dentistry divisionIdentify growth opportunities across customer segments and regionsStay informed on dental market trends, competitor activities, and product innovationsB. Business Development & Performance Management
Own revenue and profitability goals for the divisionEstablish sales processes, CRM frameworks, and performance metricsSet sales targets, monitor progress, and ensure consistent executionC. Sales Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales teamFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementProvide mentorship and ongoing professional development opportunitiesD. Channel & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors, key opinion leaders, and dental organizationsCollaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Product, Finance) to align strategies and goalsE. Financial & Operational Excellence
Develop and manage sales budgetsTrack sales metrics and use data-driven insights to guide decision-makingDrive efficiency through process optimization and technology adoptionKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)
