Functional Role- Company Secretary

Experience- 8-10 Years

Description :

• The ideal candidate should possess substantial hands-on experience in managing matters

related to Overseas Direct Investment (ODI), adhering to regulatory requirements set forth

by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), and ensuring full compliance with the provisions of

the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA).

The candidate must have demonstrable experience in overseeing compliance

requirements for subsidiaries located outside India. This includes a strong

understanding of both Indian and international regulatory frameworks, with a

proven track record of ensuring adherence to applicable compliance standards

across jurisdictions.

Candidates must have prior experience working with a listed company, with a clear

understanding of the compliance, governance, and disclosure requirements

applicable to such entities.

Required Knowledge and Experience :

The candidate must possess comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the

following areas :

handling compliances related to BSE, NSE, SEBI, FEMA, and RBI regulations.
