About the Role
We are seeking an experienced & Seasoned Performance Marketer with a proven track record in managing and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing strategies, campaign management, and data analysis, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in the education and e-commerce industries .
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Conduct detailed audience segmentation, keyword research, and A / B testing to maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven adjustments to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product, to ensure cohesive campaign messaging and landing page optimization.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in the digital marketing landscape, particularly within Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Implement retargeting strategies to engage potential customers and improve conversion rates.
- Manage and optimize ad budgets effectively to achieve business goals while minimizing spend wastage.
Requirements
Experience : Minimum 3+ years of experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.Industry Knowledge :Skills :Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics , Google Tag Manager , Google Ads Manager , and Meta Ads Manager .Expertise in audience targeting, keyword research, and campaign optimization.Technical Skills : Experience with remarketing, custom audiences, and dynamic & UGC ad creation.Soft Skills :Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Creative problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Google Ads .Hands-on experience with tools like Semrush , Ahrefs , Spyfu or similar marketing tools.Understanding of landing page optimization and UX principles.What We Offer
