About the role :

We are looking for a performance marketing expert with a proven track record of driving high-velocity user acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires hands-on expertise in managing paid channels at scale, combined with a growth hacker mindset and strong analytical rigor. You'll own the full paid marketing funnel and directly contribute to our most critical charter : scaling aggressively across India, the US, and international markets.

What you'll do :

• Manage and own all paid channels to generate a continuous flow of leads
• Execute campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn, remarketing, video marketing, and other performance channels
• Manage monthly marketing budgets of at least INR 50 lakhs with disciplined ROI tracking
• Strategize and execute lead generation campaigns tailored for India, the US, and select international markets
• Own monthly acquisition targets for MQLs and SQLs, driving consistent pipeline growth
• Optimize landing pages for both mobile and desktop users to maximize conversion rates
• Collaborate closely with the business development team to ensure marketing objectives are met
• Plan, monitor, maintain, and report on monthly marketing budgets, performance data, and campaign insights
• Ensure all marketing communications adhere to business and brand guidelines
• Monitor competition and share industry best practices with the team
