Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Performance Marketing Manager. 5-7 years of experience. In this role, you will strategize, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across various digital platforms to drive user acquisition and conversion. You will analyze campaign performance data, optimize budgets, and use data-driven insights to improve ROI. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals and oversee ad placements, keyword strategies, and audience targeting. Need someone that is a self-starter, scrappy and quick on their feet. This person is a “do it all” and will take care of designing the creatives to delivering the ad campaign.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, amazon ads and other social media channels
• Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions
• Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and other reporting tools for tracking and analysis
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Prior experience in A / B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends
