Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage entire recruitment cycle with desired TAT, scope includes manpower planning, sourcing, screening, Interviewing.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training programs.
- Act as a SPOC for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Developing employee engagement initiatives / calendar, promoting positive work environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
- Preparing daily / monthly / quarterly review reports as per the management requirement Monitor and report on key HR metrics related to performance management.
- Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating with managers and employees.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees, coordinating in organizing trainings as per calendar & assist to keep track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Keeping track attendance, leaves & reimbursements, in adherence to Company policies.
- Ensure statutory compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
- Timely updation & managing employee records, including personal data, job history, and performance records.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration including insurance, gratuity & full and final settlements.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of relevant experience in core HR functions.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and HRMS tools.
