Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Executive / HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations for our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience working with small organisations or start-ups and be comfortable handling day-to-day HR responsibilities in an on-site environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes, especially for small organisations or start up environments
- Coordinate end-to-end on boarding and documentation
- Maintain compliance and employee records
- Assist with basic payroll coordination
- Support daily HR operations in the office
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries
- Help implement HR policies and ensure adherence
- Coordinate with teams to support smooth office and HR functioning
