HappyFox - Business Analyst - Integration

We are looking for a Business Analyst with an analytical bent of mind.

You will work with key stakeholders in identifying and defining integration-specific business requirements, documenting processes and determining solutions for driving accomplishment of business Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to define integration use cases, write detailed user stories, and create product specifications.

• Analyse and validate integration requirements with customers, sales, and internal teams, translating customer needs into actionable integration solutions.
• Perform competitive analysis and develop a deeper understanding of the market.
• Work closely with the Sales team on pre-sales activities, including RFPs and customer demos for integration-specific needs.
• Gather feedback from customers and Customer Success teams on integration challenges and areas for improvement.
• Create detailed mockups and UI requirements in alignment with the Product team.
• Assist the Marketing team with feature go-to-market planning, ensuring clear communication of integration benefits.
• Develop training materials and coach internal and external teams on integration workflows and features.
• Write user-friendly knowledge base articles and guides to simplify integration processes for end-users.
• Conduct quick user testing to validate integration features and Proven experience working on integration projects, with at least 2 years in a B2B technology-driven product company.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create technical documentation and user-friendly guides.
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Experience : 3-5 years
• A good understanding of integration technologies such as APIs, webhooks, and data synchronisation is required.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Figma or Sketch for creating product mockups and illustrations is preferred.
• Experience in customer support domain or QA / development roles in a cloud-based product company (optional)
