Role Overview-
As our Business Development Representative, you’ll be the key driver in expanding our reach by building strategic partnerships and promoting our course offerings—such as Fundamentals, Technical Analysis, F&O, and more—through direct outreach, campus tie-ups, events, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead Generation & Outreach
Identify and engage potential partners including colleges, coaching centers, and educational hubs.
Promote awareness about our courses.
Campus & Event Activations
Coordinate and conduct seminars, workshops, and presentations at educational institutions.
Represent the academy effectively as brand ambassador during on-ground campaigns.
Partnership Development
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with college management, student communities, and coaching institutions.
Marketing Coordination
Distribute marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, banners).
Support digital promotion and collaborate with the internal marketing team.
Sales & Reporting
Capture leads, follow up diligently, and drive enrollments.
Maintain daily visit logs and performance reports.
Feedback Loop
Gather market and student feedback to share with course and content teams for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills-
Graduate degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or Finance)
Excellent communication and presentation skills in
Hindi
English
Marathi
Comfort with field travel and on‑site promotions
Confident, energetic, well‑groomed, and presentable
Basic understanding of stock market concepts is a strong plus
Comfortable working in a target- and KPI-driven environment
Performance Metrics (KPIs)-
Number of college tie-ups and institutional partnerships
Quantity and quality of leads generated
Enrollment conversion rate from leads
Outreach effectiveness and follow-up consistency
