Role Overview

The Senior Manager – Studio Operations & Production will be responsible for running the in-house studio efficiently - from daily e-commerce / catalog shoots to brand campaigns. This role will manage photographers, coordinators and editors, while also overseeing external vendors for post-production, campaigns and creative productions. The role demands strong operational leadership, process-building ability, and vendor management expertise to ensure smooth execution, improved throughput, and on-time delivery of all visual assets in line with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Studio Operations

• Plan, schedule, and manage daily catalog shoots in alignment with business priorities.
• Track daily tasks and output of the studio team - photographers, editor, coordinators - to ensure targets are met.
• Monitor studio throughput, identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve turnaround times (TAT).
