Senior Operations Manager

CAB Experiences is looking for a dynamic Senior Manager – Events Operations to join our team in Bangalore. This role is key to ensuring the seamless execution of events from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities :

Event Planning & Coordination : Oversee end-to-end event logistics, including vendor management, venue selection, timelines, and on-site operations.

Budget Management : Handle event budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial parameters.

Team Leadership : Lead and coordinate internal teams and external partners, managing both marketing and operational aspects effectively.

Supplier & Vendor Relations : Build strong relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth service delivery on event day.

On-Site Execution : Manage all event-day operations, from registration to technical support, troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Qualifications :

Minimum 8+ years of experience in event operations or management.

Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage budgets and multiple stakeholders effectively.
