Sales Manager (Cosmetics Industry)

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies for cosmetic product lines across retail, e-commerce,salon, and distributor channels.
• Lead, train, and manage the sales team including beauty advisors and field executives.
• Expand market presence and onboard new distributors, retail chains, and online partners.
• Plan and implement trade promotions, influencer tie-ups, and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine positioning and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams for new launches.
• Ensure timely sales forecasting, reporting, and inventory planning using CRM tools.
• Regularly travel to key markets to build relationships and assess brand performance.
