Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to handle end-to-end customer issue resolution, coordinate with internal technical teams, and ensure prompt and accurate support for software and application-related queries.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide timely and effective resolution for customer-reported software and application issues
• Manage and track inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal Technical and Engineering teams for escalations and solutions
• Troubleshoot and debug customer environments as needed
• Escalate complex issues as per escalation protocols
