Job Description :
We are looking for experienced Technical Support Executives with a strong background in voice-based technical support. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in handling technical queries over voice calls, preferably in a US shift environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound technical support calls from US customers.
Troubleshoot hardware / software / network-related issues.
Guide customers through problem-solving steps effectively and professionally.
Document all interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the system.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.

Education
