Job descriptionBuild and nurture strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and corporate clients. Develop customized media solutions to meet client objectives and maximize ROI. Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with CXO-level stakeholders. Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales managers and executives. Foster a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and accountability. Provide training, guidance, and strategic direction to enhance team capability. Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities. Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and digital teams to deliver integrated solutions. Champion innovation in print media offerings to meet evolving client needs. MBA / PG in Sales & Marketing or equivalent. 12–15 years of progressive experience in Media Sales, with at least 3 years in leadership roles. Strong exposure to Print Media; experience in integrated media (print + digital + activations) preferred. Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building high-value client portfolios. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strategic thinking with strong business acumen. Influential leadership and people management. Client-focused with ability to deliver value-driven solutions. Data-driven decision making with a growth mind-set. High adaptability in a fast-changing media ecosystem. About the Role
