Who are we looking for

We are partnering with a renowned and rapidly growing apparel brand to find a Senior Manager for its Business Excellence & Transformation team, based at the Gurgaon head office .

This is a high-visibility role working directly with CXOs and business heads to drive strategic transformation across the enterprise. The position sits at the heart of the organization's evolution into a future-ready, agile business, focusing on operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.

Location : Gurgaon, India (onsite)

Type : Full-time, permanent

Compensation : Up to ₹22 LPA

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teaming to break silos, create enterprise-wide value, and embed best-in-class metrics and dashboards
• Drive strategic initiatives from ideation to implementation, ensuring value tracking and sustained transformation
• Develop simulation models and scenario planning frameworks to anticipate execution risks and guide executive decision-making
• Act as a key stakeholder in Annual Operating Plan (AOP) creation and quarterly target setting
• Guide demand planning across channels, regions, and categories using analytics, market trends, and historical data
• Oversee markdown strategy for seasonal merchandise to maximize sell-through and profitability
• Champion the Transformation Office agenda—benchmark best practices, implement new processes, dashboards, and KPIs across all functions
