Role Description

This is a full-time role for the SalesHead position at Urban Space Builders. The SalesHead will lead the sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, identify and target new business opportunities, and manage client relationships. This role requires coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery and outstanding customer satisfaction. The position is on-site and based in Chennai.

• Market Analysis and Competitor Analysis skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proven track record in a sales leadership role
