Key Responsibilities :
- Campaign Coordination : Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms to support brand awareness and lead generation.
- Content Management : Assist in creating, editing, and managing marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, presentations, and website content.
- Digital Marketing Support : Collaborate with digital teams to manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media activities; monitor engagement and optimize campaigns for performance.
- Event Management : Organize and manage corporate events, trade shows, webinars, and product launches, ensuring consistent brand representation.
- Market Research : Conduct competitor analysis, gather market insights, and assist in identifying new marketing opportunities or trends.
- Brand Consistency : Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all communication channels and materials.
- Collaboration : Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Reporting & Analytics : Track campaign performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to improve future marketing efforts.
- Vendor Coordination : Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and partners for advertising, print, and promotional activities.
- Budget Management : Support the marketing manager in tracking marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective execution of campaigns.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.3–7 years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, or related roles.Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.Skills Required
