Job Description :

We are looking for a seasoned IT Administrator to own and evolve our internal IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in systems, security, and cloud management, and thrives in fast-paced environments. Youll be the go-to expert ensuring our tech environment is secure, scalable, and enables team productivity across functions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee infrastructure-level security, including logging, alerting, and access control
• Administer and monitor Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for infrastructure performance, uptime, logging, and alerting.
• Enforce and maintain IT security best practices including 2FA, phishing mitigation, device compliance, and endpoint security.
• Maintain strict access control and hygiene across all cloud platforms and tools, including regular audits to remove unauthorized or inactive accounts.
• Manage the lifecycle of IT assets (laptops, monitors, peripherals, software licenses, etc.) across the company.
• Conduct routine maintenance, software updates, and troubleshooting for both hardware and software systems.
• Manage internal security reviews, tests, and roadmap follow-ups.
• Oversee and optimize network and system security for both cloud and end-user environments.
• Coordinate closely with teams like Engineering, HR, and Finance to align IT strategy with business needs.
• (Nice to have) Drive IT automation initiatives and contribute to DevOps-related tasks.
• Own end-to-end user onboarding / offboarding across tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and other internal platforms.
