Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant located in Ahmedabad. The Personal Assistant will support executives with tasks including managing daily schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and providing administrative support. Tasks may include handling travel arrangements, taking detailed minutes, maintaining records, and fulfilling other clerical duties as required.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
Proficiency in organizing and managing diaries, including scheduling and calendar management
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including record-keeping, filing, and ensuring documentation accuracy
Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
Relevant experience in a similar role is an advantage
