Location : Mumbai CTC : 4-6LPA About the Role The Fit-Out Manager will oversee property fit-out projects across Union Living. This role requires expertise in AutoCAD, vendor management, and end-to-end execution, ensuring properties are launch-ready. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review AutoCAD layouts, aligning with SOPs. Manage fit-out execution across multiple properties. Handle vendor onboarding, rate negotiations, GRN process, and documentation. Maintain fit-out data records and assist in procurement audits. Report inventory and conduct audit management. Manage sourcing and vendor relationships for fit-out requirements. Create and manage snag reports for both old and new properties. Work closely with Procurement for Opex purchases. Report directly to leadership while collaborating cross-functionally. Requirements 5–7 years in fit-out management or project execution. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drawings.
