Senior Buyer

Manage end-to-end procurement process for assigned categories (supplier sourcing, negotiation, contracting)

Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.

Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies.

Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

5+ years of procurement or buying experience in the Automotive Industry.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in procurement systems and MS Office.

Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
