Travel Customer Service (GDS Experienced)

About the Role We are looking for a Customer Care & GDS Consultant to join our team and support our clients with flight-related queries, schedule changes, disruptions, and general service requests. You will handle bookings through Galileo (or other GDS platforms), manage ticketing tasks, and provide fast, accurate, and friendly support to customers across phone, email, and WhatsApp.

This role suits someone who is confident with GDS entries, enjoys problem-solving, and can stay calm during busy or challenging situations. You’ll work closely with the sales team and back-office staff to make sure every customer receives reliable and consistent service.

Key Responsibilities Manage flight schedule changes, reissues, and disruptions.

Handle customer service enquiries professionally and clearly.

Use Galileo or other GDS systems to check availability, price fares, issue tickets, and make amendments.

Provide after-sales support, including special requests, baggage issues, and flight updates.

Coordinate with airlines and suppliers when needed.

Maintain accurate records of communication and booking changes.

Deliver a positive customer experience at every stage of the journey.

Skills & Experience Experience in customer care (travel industry preferred).

Practical knowledge of GDS systems, ideally Galileo.

Good communication skills and a calm, friendly approach.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently during peak demand.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
