Job Title : Change Manager - Automobile

Experience 8 to 15 years

Qualification B.Tech / M.Tech or related fields

Job Location : - Trivandrum, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

1. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of change requests.

2. Ticket tracking and perform formal quality checks on Change requests.

3. Coordinate necessary adjustments and provide feedback to reporters and relevant stakeholders (e.g., suppliers, brands).

4. Support project-specific inquiries related to change management

5. Document, archive, and track process of change request's through to full implementation (including status tracking with suppliers and brands)

6. Consult with brand and cross-domain representatives regarding Change request status.

7. Facilitate, prepare, and document workshops with relevant stakeholders.

8. Monitor dashboards and provide regular status reports.

9. Validate and verify proof of achievement before closure of Change request’s

Required Skill set :

1. Strong Understanding of Change request life cycle.

2. Creation and Maintenance of JIRA dash boards.

3. Proficiency Jira query language.

4. Hands on in creation of confluence pages and maintenance.

5. Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
