Ascendion is looking for experienced Pega professionals with hands-on expertise in the Appeals and Grievances Manager (AGM) module within the healthcare : Pega AGM : 6+ years in Pega applications with recent experience in : Chennai, TN
Key Skills :
- Strong understanding of Pega Healthcare Appeals and Grievances Manager (AGM) workflows
- Experience with Pega PRPC, case design, and healthcare data models
- Familiarity with CMS regulatory timelines and compliance
- Ability to work across intake, routing, resolution, and correspondence processes
- Collaboration with business and technical teams to ensure end-to-end case management excellence
Key Responsibilities :
Define and implement business processes using the Pega platformWork on system design, integrations (Rule-Connects / Services, APIs, JSON), and declarative processing featuresDevelop and enhance Pega User Interfaces and manage large, complex code basesAct as CLM / KYC SME from a Pega platform perspectiveEnsure adherence to Agile methodology, coding, testing, and security standardsCollaborate with business and IT teams for scalable solutionsRequired Skills & Qualifications : : Degree / Postgraduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry : Pega Certified Product Engineer; CSSA / Lead Product Engineer / Architect certifications highly desirable
Technical Skills :
Strong expertise in Pega KYC / CLM 8.X (mandatory)Experience with API, JSON, PRPC integration services, and declarative processingKnowledge of Java / JavaScript, microservices, and Big Data (a plus)Functional Skills :
Banking / Financial / Fintech experience preferredStrong understanding of enterprise environments, coding standards, and documentation best practices(ref : hirist.tech)
