Experience : 6+ years in Pega applications with recent experience in AGM

Key Skills :

• Strong understanding of Pega Healthcare Appeals and Grievances Manager (AGM) workflows
• Experience with Pega PRPC, case design, and healthcare data models
• Familiarity with CMS regulatory timelines and compliance
• Ability to work across intake, routing, resolution, and correspondence processes
• Collaboration with business and technical teams to ensure end-to-end case management excellence
