Job descriptionCoordinate cross-functional projects ensuring alignment and timely execution. Drive SOPs, processes and systems development to enable to company to scale Draft high-quality decks, briefs, and communication for investors and board members and partners Drive investor MIS, insights and analytics outputs for the business leadership Take ownership of high-impact, 0 to 1 business set up journeys across the business functions and areas from concept to execution. Build business cases and roadmaps as needed for the business growth Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to test and scale new initiatives. Liaise with investors, strategic partners, and senior leadership Maintain confidentiality and exercise high judgement in sensitive situations. Ensure effective internal communication between leadership and broader teams. Track company OKRs, KPIs, and project milestones; ensure accountability within teams. Prepare performance reports for leadership and the board. Education : Top B School MBA or someone with proven pedigree Experience : 2+ years in top tier management consulting, strategy, program management, startup operations, or similar roles. Proven ability to handle executive-level projects with discretion and independence. Exposure to startup culture and scaling challenges is highly desirable.
