Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Support in defining and executing the company's strategic priorities.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies for new business initiatives.
- Identify growth opportunities and work on pilot programs or new product rollouts.
Strategic Program Management Duties
Coordinate cross-functional projects ensuring alignment and timely execution.Drive SOPs, processes and systems development to enable to company to scaleDraft high-quality decks, briefs, and communication for investors and board members and partnersDrive investor MIS, insights and analytics outputs for the business leadershipEntrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) Projects
Take ownership of high-impact, 0 to 1 business set up journeys across the business functions and areas from concept to execution.Build business cases and roadmaps as needed for the business growthPartner with product, marketing, and operations teams to test and scale new initiatives.Stakeholder & Communication Management
Liaise with investors, strategic partners, and senior leadershipMaintain confidentiality and exercise high judgement in sensitive situations.Ensure effective internal communication between leadership and broader teams.Performance & Metrics
Track company OKRs, KPIs, and project milestones; ensure accountability within teams.Prepare performance reports for leadership and the board.Qualifications & Experience
Education : Top B School MBA or someone with proven pedigreeExperience :2+ years in top tier management consulting, strategy, program management, startup operations, or similar roles.Proven ability to handle executive-level projects with discretion and independence.Exposure to startup culture and scaling challenges is highly desirable.Show more
