Job description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Strategically qualify leads from marketing campaigns to identify sales opportunities.
  • Utilize initiative and creativity to identify strong potential prospects, generating outbound lead opportunities.
  • Employ cold calling, email marketing, social media, and other relevant channels to generate new leads.
  • Maintain organized and accurate prospect information and activity reports in CRM software.
  • Identify and develop referral sources to establish successful referring relationships.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Interact with Marketing managers, VPs, etc., utilizing various media to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Actively identify and generate prospects through strategic sales strategies, focusing on target markets.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of Digital Marketing / Website designing Development to facilitate the sales process.
  • Manage and lead a sales team, overseeing and updating sales results.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales marketing team to develop cooperative working relationships.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with existing clients to enhance retention and generate new sales through referrals.
  • Demonstrate strong presentation, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
  • Utilize social media tools like LinkedIn for effective communication.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings.
  • Report sales results to the reporting person.
  • Handle team targets for lead generation and closing.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in managing prospect information.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Initiative and creativity in identifying potential prospects.
  • Networking skills to identify and develop referral sources.
  • A proactive approach to seeking new business opportunities in the market.
  • In-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing, Website Designing Development.
  • Leadership skills to manage and lead a sales team, updating sales results.
  • Confidence in preparing proposals / pitches and delivering presentations.
  • Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in digital sales, with a proven track record in business development, preferably with managerial experience.
